Andrew Wolff, Analyst, Square Mile Capital Management
Andrew is an analyst at Square Mile Capital Management LLC where he is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments as well as the asset management of existing investments. Andrew also has experience with non-performing loan portfolios and assists with underwriting and the legal workout of portfolio credits. He received a BBA with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Mandarin from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2012.

Jeff Gelfand is a Senior Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of Centerbridge Partners, a $20b investment firm, where he oversees the Firm’s accounting, tax, operations, investor services, administrative and technology functions. Previously, Jeff was the CFO of Silver Point Capital, L.P., a credit hedge fund, and prior to that was CFO at Evercore Partners, Inc., a private equity and financial advisory firm. Jeff began his career at Ernst & Young LLP. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Robert Kalsow-Ramos, Principal, Apollo Global Management
Robert is a Principal in Apollo Global Management’s Private Equity Group based in New York. He joined Apollo in 2010 and has been involved in the evaluation and execution of private equity transactions in a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Apollo, Robert was a member of the Transportation Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2008.
Gretchen Perkins, Partner, Huron Capital Partners
Gretchen is a partner at Huron Capital where she is responsible for managing business development and investment sourcing activities. She has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and business development sectors serving a variety of capital market participants. Prior to joining Huron, Gretchen led the acquisition sourcing efforts at Long Point Capital, a middle market private equity fund. She graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Philip Harrison, Associate, Centerbridge Partners
Phil joined Centerbridge Partners in New York City in July 2014 as an associate. At Centerbridge, he focuses on credit and private equity investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Phil worked at The Blackstone Group in Restructuring & Reorganization Advisory. He received his BBA in 2012 from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he graduated with High Distinction.
Ben Johnston, Head of Strategy, Strategic Funding Source
Ben joined Strategic Funding Source in August 2014. Previously, Ben was a principal on the financial services investment team at Pine Brook Partners. Before joining Pine Brook, he was with Lightyear Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to joining Lightyear, Ben was an analyst in the Office of the Chairman at PaineWebber, Inc. Ben holds a BA in English Literature from Colby College and received an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2005.
Lisa Barse Bernstein, Global Head of Human Resources, Apollo Global Management
Lisa joined Apollo in 2008 as the Global Head of Human Resources where she is responsible for developing and executing the global human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. Lisa is a member of Apollo's Management Operating Committee, is the former Chairwoman and a member of The Private Equity Roundtable of Senior Human Resources Professionals and a regular speaker at industry conferences and human capital management seminars. She graduated from the University of Michigan with an A.B. in Political Science and received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
